About the Role:
The Fred Company is seeking a proactive and service-oriented Duty Manager to oversee daily hotel operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and lead our front office team with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise front office, concierge, and guest relations teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Manage check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries efficiently.
- Handle guest complaints, VIP arrivals, and special requests with professionalism.
- Monitor occupancy, forecast availability, and support room revenue optimization.
- Lead, train, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain service excellence.
- Prepare daily reports, ensure SOP compliance, and manage staff scheduling and audits.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Front Office or Duty Management within reputable hotels.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Opera Oracle Cloud PMS and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent decision-making, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining composure and service quality.
