1. Job Opening: Dy Manager Compliance:
Key Responsibilities:
- Report compliance violations to relevant enforcement agencies as appropriate.
- Identify, assess, and investigate compliance issues requiring follow-up.
- Lead internal investigations into suspected compliance breaches.
- Provide training to employees on compliance standards, policies, and practices.
- Act as a confidential contact point for employees reporting irregularities or seeking guidance.
- Ensure documentation, implementation, and communication of all compliance-related policies and procedures.
- Draft and disseminate written policies and compliance documentation.
- Prepare and present management reports on compliance operations and risk assessments.
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure adherence to internal controls and compliance procedures.
- Monitor regulatory changes and adapt compliance practices accordingly.
- Oversee the implementation of compliance systems and assess their effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including HR, to maintain consistency in enforcement and disciplinary actions.
- Support external and internal audits and regulatory inspections.
- Develop risk management strategies to address compliance and operational risks.
- Drive initiatives in environmental compliance, including hazardous waste management, pollution prevention, and regulatory reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Business, Environmental Sciences, or related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in compliance, audit, or regulatory affairs.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Sound knowledge of local and international regulatory frameworks.
- Experience with environmental compliance is a plus.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and committed professional to join our Compliance team as a Senior Executive – Compliance. This role supports the organization in maintaining compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the investigation of compliance concerns and policy violations.
- Assist in developing and disseminating compliance-related policies and procedures.
- Conduct compliance training sessions for employees across departments.
- Monitor and update compliance reporting systems and records.

- Basic understanding of regulatory frameworks and environmental compliance.
