Role: Dynamics 365 – Customer Service – Technical Implementation Consultant

Experience- 3 to 4 yrs

Requirements:

Experience with Power Platform Tools ( Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Bi)

BC/NAV architecture, security configurations and reporting tools

Microsoft certifications (PL-200 or MB-210 or alike)

Strong experience in SQL, Azure services and API integrations

Effective communication in English
