Job Descripton for Customer Care Executive – Mumbai (Andheri) Office

Who can Apply :

  • Candidate with Good communication skills
  • Knowledge of call handling, phone etiquette's & Basic Email writing skills
  • Fluent in English, Hindi languages
  • Basic knowledge of Excel ( Vlook-up, Pivot )
  • HSC completed can apply, however Graduation will be preferred.
  • Minimum 6months - 1 year of experience in customer service background.
  • Experience of E-commerce/ Logistics will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make Outbound calls to Customer - Provide Information On Shipping and Delivery Services.
  • Tracking and reporting delayed shipment on Courier Website.
  • Follow up with Courier team for Delivery
  • Maintain Customer Records and Manage Database
  • 150 – 200 outbound calls to be made daily
  • No Targets, No Sales, Laptop & Phone will be provided by the company.
  • 6 days Work from Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,637.24 - ₹22,030.96 per month
