We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Executive. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries, resolve concerns efficiently, and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
  • Resolve complaints, escalations, and service issues in a professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or software tools.
  • Provide product/service information and assist customers in placing orders or resolving tracking issues.
  • Follow communication guidelines, scripts, and procedures.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, sales, etc.) to resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Achieve daily/weekly performance targets such as response time, satisfaction rating, and resolution rate.

Skills & Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Customer-service mindset with patience and empathy.
  • Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and multitask.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, email etiquette).
  • Prior experience in customer support (preferred but not mandatory).

Qualifications

  • Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate Preferred
  • Prior customer support or call center experience is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,240.35 - ₹18,485.30 per month
