  • Job Title: Customer Care Executive

Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: Fresher to 2 Years
Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 (based on interview)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday
Bond: 1 Year
Paid Leaves: 18 per year

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries related to products, specifications, pricing, and availability.
  • Provide product information and basic technical assistance to customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when required.
  • Process orders, generate invoices, and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain CRM records, customer interaction logs, and documentation.
  • Handle import-related documentation and coordinate with logistics for shipment movement.
  • Support clients with order status, product selection, and service-related queries.
  • Manage follow-ups with existing customers and maintain positive relationships.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on customer issues, order processing, and shipment tracking.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
