Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant

KalSoft is looking for a motivated and experienced Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant to join our growing Microsoft practice. This role is ideal for a consultant who enjoys working directly with customers to deliver high-impact ERP solutions across multiple industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional analysis, requirement gathering, and solution design for Business Central implementations.

• Conduct system configuration, testing (UAT), and go-live support.

• Deliver end-user training and functional documentation.

• Work closely with technical consultants to support integrations and customizations.

• Manage data migration, reporting setups, and solution validations.

• Provide post-implementation support and continuous process improvement consulting.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV in a functional consulting role.

• Strong understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, Inventory, Purchase, Sales, and Basic Manufacturing modules.

• Proven experience in customer-facing consulting engagements.

• Ability to map business processes to ERP solutions.

• Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.

• Microsoft certifications (BC/NAV) will be a strong plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in the Middle East or North American markets.

• Exposure to Power Platform, integrated applications, or cloud deployment models.

• Basic awareness of Business Central extensions and AL development concepts.
