Dynamics AX Support

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Dynamics AX Techno-Functional Support professional to support, maintain, and enhance our Microsoft Dynamics AX environment. This role combines functional support, technical troubleshooting, system configuration, and user support, acting as the key point of contact between business users and technical teams. The ideal candidate understands business processes and can translate them into effective Dynamics AX solutions while ensuring system stability and data integrity.

Required Technical Qualifications:

• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX (Techno-Functional)
• Good understanding of business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, Operations)
• Ability to analyze issues and propose functional or technical solutions
• Experience with AX security roles, workflows, and configurations
• Basic understanding of SQL and database concepts
• Familiarity with SSRS reports and AX batch processing

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication with business users
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities
• Strong documentation and user-support mindset

Education & Experience:

• Minimum of bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics AX in a techno-functional role.
