ERP Configuration Software Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking an ERP Configuration Software Developer to configure, develop, and support our in-house ERP system. The role involves implementing business logic, troubleshooting system issues, and improving ERP workflows across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure ERP modules, workflows, and system rules
• Develop and maintain ERP-related code and scripts
• Translate functional requirements into technical solutions
• Implement automation and system validations
• Provide ERP support for finance, inventory, HR, and pharmacy departments
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues
• Manage support tickets using Jira
• Participate in technical discussions and solution design

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 0–2 years of experience in software development or ERP support
• Basic programming knowledge (SQL, JavaScript, C#, Python, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Flexibility for occasional off-hours support

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP or enterprise systems
• Knowledge of BI/reporting tools
• SQL and data analysis skills
• Familiarity with Jira or ticketing systems
