Responsibilities :

• Provide day-to-day support for Dynamics 365 Business Central, covering Finance, Supply Chain management, Retail, and Project Management Modules.

• Troubleshoot and resolve posting errors, configuration issues, and user permission problems.

• Perform AL language debugging to analyze and resolve system errors.

• Support and maintain Shopify integrations with Business Central, ensuring accurate synchronization of orders, inventory, and financial data.

• Ensure compliance with Business Central localization requirements, including regional tax, reporting, and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with consultants and developers to escalate and resolve complex cases efficiently.

• Provide guidance and training to end users, promoting adoption and reducing recurring incidents.

• Maintain awareness of Dynamics 365 Sales/CRM capabilities to assist with cross-system queries when required.

Who We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Proven experience providing support for D365 Business Central (Finance, Inventory, Sales).

• Hands-on experience with debugging and troubleshooting using AL language.

• Strong understanding of Business Central localization features (e.g., regional tax, statutory reporting, compliance).

• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Sales/CRM and its integration capabilities with Business Central.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to support both technical teams and business users.
