We are seeking a skilled and entrepreneurial Facial & Massage Therapist to join our luxury wellness team at a prestigious 5-star hotel. Compensation & Benefits

• $20/hour for 5 hours a day, 4 days a week
• 15–30% tips
• 15% commission on treatments (valued $215–$350) when working extra time (plus tips)
• 10% commission on luxury facial & wellness packages ($2,150–$2,450)
• 10% commission on premium skincare products
• Stable monthly salary with strong additional earning potential

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored facial and massage treatments that drive results, inspire guest loyalty, and enhance the luxury spa experience.
• Create a warm, five-star environment that reflects the highest standards of hospitality and wellness.
• Proactively grow your client base through exceptional service, referrals, and expert product recommendations.
• Upsell treatments, packages, and premium skincare with confidence and authenticity.
• Collaborate with management as a true business partner, sharing ideas to expand services and revenue.

Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in spa, wellness, or hospitality.
• Dual license (Massage + Facial Specialist) required.
• Strong track record of building and retaining loyal clientele.
• Sales-oriented with proven success in promoting treatments, packages, and skincare.
• Entrepreneurial mindset — driven to grow within a five-star environment and contribute to long-term success.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 – 8 per week
