E-commerce Accountant

We are looking for an experience Female Accountant

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting using Tally / SAP
• Handle Accounts Payable & Receivable
• Manage vendor, supplier, and influencer payments
• Generate invoices and track customer receivables
• Handle accounting for online sales platforms & company website
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Reconcile vendor and customer accounts
• Manage VAT applicability, filings, and compliance
• Prepare monthly reports and account reconciliations
• Handle accounting and reconciliation of e-commerce payment gateways (UAE), including recording sales, gateway charges, VAT (input/output), settlements, refunds, and chargebacks, ensuring accurate books and FTA VAT compliance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Accountant
• Strong knowledge of Tally / SAP
• Experience in manufacturing company preferred
• Exposure to e-commerce accounting is an advantage
• Good understanding of VAT
• Strong attention to detail
• Fluency in Hindi

Preferred:

• Experience in Perfume / FMCG / Manufacturing industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
