Key Responsibilities:1. Reconciliation & Financial Management:

  • Reconcile sales, refunds, commissions, and payment settlements from different E-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.).
  • Track product-wise sales, expenses, and profitability across multiple portals.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, returns, and chargebacks.
  • Reconcile payment gateway transactions (Razorpay, PayPal, Stripe, etc.) with bank statements.
  • Handle cash flow management, ensuring timely collections and payments.

2. Taxation & Compliance:

  • Ensure accurate GST/TDS calculations and filings for E-commerce transactions.
  • Manage GST reconciliation (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.) with portal reports.
  • Prepare and submit tax returns, ensuring compliance with local tax regulations.
  • Stay updated on E-commerce tax laws and compliance requirements.

3. Financial Reporting & Audit:

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
  • Conduct periodic internal audits to ensure accuracy in reporting.
  • Assist in external audits by providing necessary financial data and documentation.

4. Costing & Profitability Analysis:

  • Analyze product-wise profitability, factoring in platform commissions, logistics costs, and other overheads.
  • Recommend pricing strategies based on financial insights.
  • Track and minimize unnecessary expenses.

5. General Accounting & Support:

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Process invoices, reimbursements, and vendor payments.
  • Assist in budgeting and financial planning.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,063.11 - ₹40,000.00 per month
