E-Commerce Assistant

Location: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

• Upload and manage product listings on marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and Nykaa
• Regularly monitor inventory, orders, and pricing across platforms
• Support in planning and running promotional offers and campaigns
• Coordinate with design and marketing teams for product images and descriptions
• Analyze sales reports and suggest improvements for visibility and performance
• Handle basic customer queries and reviews management
• Track competitor listings and assist in improving content and pricing strategy

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or currently pursuing)
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic Excel and digital marketing knowledge
• Good communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Amazon Seller Central or Flipkart Seller Hub
• Understanding of online marketing and SEO for product listings
• Interest in the beauty and personal care industry
