E-commerce Associate

We are a fashion jewelry wholesaler & importer looking for a part-time e-commerce assistant:

Tasks include:

• Edit product photos for online product listings
• Take videos of the products for online product listings
• Create all product listings in Shopify and Faire, including writing product descriptions and uploading images/videos
• Create product descriptions and titles while using SEO
• Sort products by applying tags and adding them into collections
• Maintain and keep product listings updated
• Create email marketing campaigns in Shopify and Faire
• Create basic reels and graphics for social media platforms using an Iphone
• Analyze fashion trends and best-selling products for reorder opportunities, create reports for the owner
• Administrative tasks

• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines
• Intermediate understanding of content creation, photography, and videography

Skills required:

• Photo-editing, retouching
• iPhone Photography/Videography/Reels
• Canva
• Capcut
• Basic HTML for Shopify
• Basic SEO knowledge for writing product descriptions and titles
• Excel, Spreadsheets, Microsoft Word
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of Shopify experience

Training will be provided but knowledge of the above will be expected.

Hybrid position - 1 day in office, 2 days WFH with the ability to come into the office as needed. Some tasks can only be completed in the office.

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

• 9:30AM - 5:30PM
• 1 hour unpaid lunch break

Off on all major holidays.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
