E-commerce Business Development Executive

We are seeking a results-driven E-commerce Business Development Executive to drive online sales, expand our digital presence, and build strong customer relationships. The role requires strategic thinking, market research, and hands-on execution to grow our e-commerce business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the e-commerce space.
  • Manage and optimize listings across online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Noon, Shopify, etc.).
  • Develop and execute digital sales strategies to increase traffic, conversion, and revenue.
  • Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and trend monitoring.
  • Build partnerships with suppliers, logistics providers, and payment platforms.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams for promotional campaigns and online advertising.
  • Monitor KPIs, sales performance, and ROI of e-commerce activities.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce sales, online marketplace management, or digital business development.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and online sales funnels.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of e-commerce platforms is a must.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
