E-commerce Category Manager

An E-commerce Manager for a jewelry company drives online sales and enhances the digital customer experience by managing the website, product merchandising, and digital marketing strategies (SEO/SEM, email, social). They optimize conversion rates, maintain high-quality product listings, and analyze site performance (KPIs) to drive growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Website Merchandising & Management: Own site content, product listings (detailed descriptions, images, pricing), and navigation to ensure accurate, appealing, and consistent displays.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor site traffic, sales, conversion rates, and ROI using tools like Google Analytics, Shopify, and Triple Whale to make data-driven decisions.
  • Marketing & Sales Strategy: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email newsletters, social media, and paid ads to increase traffic and revenue.
  • Customer Experience & Operations: Optimize the user journey to reduce friction, manage the return process, and collaborate with logistics to ensure smooth, efficient order fulfillment.
  • Jewelry-Specific Duties: Coordinate photo shoots and manage inventory, paying close attention to specialized product details (e.g., metals, stones, sizing).

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: 3–5 years in e-commerce, ideally with luxury or fashion/jewelry brands.
  • Platforms: Strong proficiency in e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, or Etsy.
  • Skills: Expertise in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media), Google Analytics, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), and proficiency in Excel.
  • Competencies: Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Jaipur, Rajasthan (Jaipur, Jaipur District)
