E-Commerce Category Specialist

Job Description:

As an E-Commerce Category Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end online presence of Decathlon products and ensuring a seamless customer experience on decathlon online channels. You will manage product content, visibility, and category performance across all digital touchpoints.

Qualifications:

• Holding a Bachelor's Degree
• An excellent command of written and spoken English
• Having minimum 2 years years of experience in relevant positions
• Strong analytical skills
• Able to work cross-functionally with marketing, supply, and UX teams
• Goal oriented
• Having a digital and commercial mindset
• Demonstrates strong team spirit and enjoys collaborating within a global network

Responsibilities:

• Manage product assortment, content accuracy, and the digital merchandising of your category
• Ensure that all products are visible, searchable, and purchasable with high-quality content and up-to-date stock information
• Define category-specific action plans to boost online performance and customer satisfaction
• Analyze traffic, conversion, and sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Guarantee a consistent, user-friendly experience across all touchpoints within your category
