E-commerce Content Specialist

We are looking for a full-time E-Commerce Content Specialist to join our women’s fashion company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our website through Shopify, restocking products online, and handling all daily website operations.

Main Responsibilities:

• Update and manage the company website.
• Upload new collections and ensure product information is accurate.
• Monitor stock levels and restock items online.
• Respond to customer inquiries and messages.
• Coordinate with the stock team to ensure product availability.

Requirements:

• Strong experience with Shopify.
• Familiar with basic website management and product uploads.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (reading and writing).
• Organized, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks.
• Experience in online customer service is a plus.
