E-Commerce Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and motivated E-Commerce Coordinator to support daily online operations, assist the manager in task execution, and ensure smooth coordination across teams. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented and capable of managing priorities with a can-do attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the E-Commerce Manager in day-to-day operations and follow-ups.
• Coordinate tasks across marketing, design, and logistics teams.
• Maintain and update product listings, pricing, and content on e-commerce platforms.
• Manage task calendars, deadlines, and ensure timely reporting.
• Prepare and share daily/weekly progress reports with management.
• Assist in managing social media scheduling and basic campaign coordination.
• Ensure smooth execution of online activities and promotional campaigns.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce coordination, social media, or digital marketing.
• Strong communication, coordination, and time management skills.
• Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, etc.).
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with task management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Positive, proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 per month
