E-commerce Coordinator

  • Prepare the daily sales report.
  • Print customer orders on a daily basis and hand over the picking list to the picker.
  • Cross-check the picked items against the invoice.
  • Post daily sales transactions.
  • Pack orders according to company standards.
  • Ensure all orders in Magento are picked and delivered on time, maintaining product quality and ensuring error-free handover to customers.
  • Perform weekly replenishment to ensure stock availability (including sizes) on the eCommerce platform, and update quantities in Magento.
  • Coordinate inventory updates and assist with stock reconciliation.
  • Book international and GCC shipments using DHL, SMSA, and EMX couriers.
  • Manage and optimize product listings and content, including descriptions, images, and pricing.
  • Check item availability in stores based on customer requests for eCommerce.
  • Provide customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving complaints.
  • Handle customer inquiries and address any issues related to online orders.
  • Arrange and schedule deliveries for the eCommerce driver.
  • Plan and optimize delivery routes for the eCommerce driver.
  • Support the warehouse team with store packing and update GIV in the system as required.
  • Assist in stock reconciliation and periodic stock takes in the warehouse.
