E-Commerce Coordinator

The E-Commerce Coordinator is responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the company’s online sales platforms. This role ensures accurate product listings, smooth order processing, website coordination, and supports digital marketing initiatives to drive online sales growth.

  • Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms (website, marketplaces, etc.)
  • Ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, images, and stock availability
  • Coordinate order processing, fulfillment, and returns with warehouse and logistics teams
  • Monitor inventory levels and update stock status regularly
  • Track online sales performance and prepare basic sales reports
  • Coordinate with marketing team on promotions, campaigns, and banners
  • Handle customer inquiries related to online orders, delivery, and product information
  • Ensure website content is up-to-date and aligned with brand standards
  • Assist in managing marketplace accounts (Amazon, Noon, Shopify, etc., if applicable)
  • Identify issues in online operations and suggest improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce or online sales coordination
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and marketplaces
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and online promotions
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with ERP or inventory management systems
  • Knowledge of SEO basics and online merchandising
  • Experience in handling customer support for online platforms

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED2,800.00 per month
