E-Commerce Manager

We are looking for E-Commerce Manager – Lifestyle & Toys will be responsible for driving online revenue through marketplaces, D2C platforms, and B2B bulk sales channels. The role focuses on managing digital platforms, expanding corporate and wholesale online sales, optimizing product visibility, and coordinating cross-functionally to maximize overall digital performance.

Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce Sales & Growth

  • Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to achieve online revenue targets across B2C and B2B bulk sales.
  • Drive category growth for lifestyle and toy products through online platforms and corporate sales channels.

Marketplace & Platform Management

  • Manage end-to-end marketplace operations including onboarding, catalog management, pricing, promotions, and compliance.
  • Ensure accurate and SEO-optimized product listings with high-quality content and images.

B2B Bulk Sales & Corporate Accounts

  • Identify, onboard, and manage B2B customers such as corporate clients, wholesalers, resellers, schools, gifting companies, and institutional buyers.
  • Handle bulk order inquiries received through marketplaces, website, and direct digital channels.
  • Coordinate customized pricing, MOQ, discounts, and payment terms for bulk and corporate orders.
  • Work closely with the sales, finance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth fulfillment of bulk orders.
  • Support corporate gifting, seasonal bulk orders, and promotional tie-ups through online channels.

Pricing, Promotions & Inventory Coordination

  • Develop pricing strategies that align B2C marketplaces with offline distribution and B2B sales.
  • Plan and execute online promotions, festive offers, and bulk deal campaigns.
  • Monitor inventory levels to support both retail and bulk demand without stock disruption.

Performance Marketing & Visibility

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute digital campaigns, sponsored ads, and brand stores.
  • Improve conversion rates and lead generation for B2B inquiries through digital channels.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track KPIs including sales, traffic, conversion rate, ROAS, and B2B lead-to-conversion ratios.
  • Prepare regular MIS reports covering B2C and B2B performance.

Customer Experience & Compliance

  • Ensure high service levels for retail and bulk customers.
  • Maintain compliance with marketplace policies, corporate agreements, and brand guidelines.

Team & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Manage and train e-commerce and B2B support executives.
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance teams for seamless execution.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of B2C e-commerce and B2B bulk sales models
  • Experience handling corporate accounts and institutional buyers
  • Negotiation and pricing strategy expertise
  • Analytical and reporting skills
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or E-Commerce
  • 4–7 years of experience in e-commerce and B2B bulk sales, preferably in lifestyle, toys, FMCG, or consumer goods
  • Experience working in a multi-brand or distribution environment preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
