Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented E-commerce Coordinator to join our innovative digital marketing team. Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to boost online sales and visibility across multiple platforms.
- Create and Manage content updates using content management systems like WordPress, eBay, and Amazon ensuring product listings are entered accurate, engaging, and optimized for search engines.
- Create compelling content for product descriptions, social media posts, email campaigns, and advertisements that resonate with target audiences.
- Manage social media marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn using Facebook Advertising and other paid media tools.
- Design graphics and visual assets using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools to enhance digital content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives while maintaining brand consistency.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to e-commerce performance, website analytics, ad spend ROI, and customer engagement metrics for ongoing optimization.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on e-commerce platforms and content management systems like WordPress.
- Skilled in content creation—including copywriting—and graphic design using Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to manage social media marketing campaigns effectively across multiple channels including Facebook Advertising.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and email marketing tools for nurturing customer relationships.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data insights into actionable strategies for conversion optimization and performance marketing.
- Strong communication skills paired with the ability to work collaboratively.
