UTM is looking for a Management Trainee who can thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking role and contribute to our growth story.

Role Overview :

As a Management Trainee at UTM, you will gain hands-on experience in managing digital campaigns, e-commerce operations, and data analytics while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business operations and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (performance marketing, social media, Google Ads, etc.)

* Manage e-commerce operations, including product listings, sales tracking, and promotions

* Analyze data and marketing metrics to generate actionable insights and dashboards

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams on operations, supply chain, and ERP processes

* Lead special projects and contribute to UTM’s growth initiatives

* Gender: Male

* Education: BBA / MBA (from a reputable university preferred)

* Experience: 2–3 years in digital marketing, e-commerce, or data analytics

* Proficiency in digital marketing tools, e-commerce platforms, and analytics

* Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and coordination skills
