Position Overview
We are seeking an E-commerce Coordinator to oversee and manage daily online retail operations. This role requires a proactive professional with strong organizational skills, e-commerce knowledge, and the ability to coordinate between customers, suppliers, and internal teams. The E-commerce Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth workflows and maintaining Muxmart LLC’s reputation for excellence in digital commerce.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate e-commerce operations including product listings, order management, and customer service.
• Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and operational data.
• Support promotional campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, and online events.
• Prepare reports on e-commerce performance and recommend improvements.
• Assist in organizing staff training and compliance with e-commerce standards.
• Ensure adherence to Qatar’s e-commerce regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce coordination or online retail operations.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and customer service practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and e-commerce management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver under deadlines.
