E-Commerce Customer Support Agent

We are looking for a confident and well-spoken Female E-Commerce Query Handler to manage customer queries for our e-commerce brand across social media, calls, and other communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries on Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.

Reply to Facebook and Instagram comments professionally and on time.

Respond to customer inbox messages related to products, pricing, availability, orders, and delivery.

Answer customer calls and provide clear information about the brand and products.

Guide customers regarding product details, order process, payment methods, and delivery timelines.

Forward serious complaints, refund issues, or order-related problems to the concerned team.

Maintain a polite, helpful, and brand-friendly tone in every interaction.

Keep track of common customer questions and report them to the team.

Support the sales team by converting queries into potential orders.

Requirements:

Female candidate preferred.

Good communication skills in Urdu and English.

Confident in handling customer calls.

Basic knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and social media replies.

Customer handling experience will be a plus.

Must be polite, active, and quick in responding to customers.

Basic computer and typing skills required.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in e-commerce customer support.

Ability to handle multiple chats, comments, and calls at the same time.

Good understanding of online shopping customer behavior.

Professional tone with strong follow-up skills.

Job Summary:
