E-commerce Data Entry Executive

Genixa Services is looking for a candidate to handle product listing and customer service for our eBay and WooCommerce stores. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing tasks related to online selling platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage product listings on eBay and WooCommerce
• Upload product titles, descriptions, images, prices, and stock status accurately
• Respond to customer messages, queries, and complaints professionally
• Process and confirm online orders
• Maintain records of listings, orders, returns, and customer communication
• Coordinate with the warehouse team for dispatch updates
• Ensure all product listings are up to date and error-free

Requirements:

• Must be computer literate, with working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and online platforms
• Experience with eBay and/or WooCommerce is a plus
• Good written communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and manage day-to-day tasks
• Must be living near North Karachi Industrial Area
• Experience preferred, but fresh candidates with a willingness to learn are also welcome

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
