Role Summary
The E‑Commerce & Digital Marketing Lead is responsible for executing day‑to‑day
ecommerce and digital marketing activities with a strong focus on launching,
operating, and scaling the brand’s international online market. This role
ensures smooth website operations, accurate merchandising, campaign execution,
performance monitoring, and cross‑functional coordination. The Lead serves as
the primary executor of ecommerce tasks translating commercial direction into
high‑quality operational output.
Main Responsibilities (including But Not Limited To)

E‑Commerce Execution & International Market Launch Support

Execute all ecommerce tasks required for the international market including product setup, pricing updates, website localization, and compliance‑driven adjustments.

Manage daily operations of the international Shopify store ensuring smooth order flow, accurate data, and timely updates.

Ensure all market‑specific content, policies, shipping details, and product availability are always up‑to‑date.

Collaborate with internal teams to align international launch requirements and readines milestones.

Website Merchandising

Build and maintain product hierarchy, collections, categorization, sequencing, and naming conventions.

Upload and update all product data: descriptions, specifications, pricing, images, alt tags, variants, and stock visibility.

Ensure product pages meet brand standards and create a seamless, high‑quality shopping experience.

Refresh homepage banners, navigation menus, featured collections, and onsite placements based on campaigns and calendars.

Implement promotional updates (discounts, bundles, seasonal collections) on time and error‑free.

Monitor product performance (best sellers, slow movers, new arrivals) and adjust merchandising layouts accordingly.

Ensure consistency in product storytelling across descriptions, imagery, and onsite presentation.

Run daily merchandising checks to catch errors, outdated information, or broken links.

Digital Marketing Execution Support

Assist in launching social media ads and retargeting campaigns by preparing assets, uploading creatives, and tracking performance.

Coordinate email/CRM campaigns by preparing product links, collections, and merchandising alignment.

Implement basic SEO updates including al text, meta descriptions, and product keywords.

Monitor campaign performance dashboards and report insights to marketing management.

Ensure onsite merchandising aligns with live digital campaigns for cohesive customer journeys.

Order Processing & Fulfillment Coordination

Monitor and validate all international

Shopify orders to ensure accuracy and fulfillment readiness.

Coordinate with logistics and fulfillment partners in each international market to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.

Track the full lifecycle of international orders, escalating delays, exceptions, or customer issues as needed.

Maintain accurate US product availability by updating stock visibility and removing sold‑out items.

Stock Monitoring & Inventory Support

Review stock levels across international markets to ensure accurate availability.
-
Coordinate with supply chain and warehouse partners to communicate international low‑stock items, replenishment needs, and product changes.
-
Adjust merchandising layouts based on stock turnover, best sellers, and market specific inventory priorities.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

Prepare weekly merchandising and ecommerce performance reports including product
-
performance, category contribution, click‑through and conversion behavior, top pages and search terms, campaign impact on site traffic and sales.

Flag issues or opportunities that influence merchandising, product placement, or campaign alignment.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, E‑Commerce, Business Administration, Fashion Merchandising, Digital Media, or a related discipline.
Additional training in e-commerce merchandising, Shopify product management, digital content optimization, or UX fundamentals is a strong advantage.
4 to 7 years of hands‑on experience in website merchandising within an ecommerce or retail environment
Practical experience using Shopify for
merchandising tasks (product setup, variants, media, sorting, navigation
updates).
Experience supporting international markets, including localized content, pricing, and stock visibility.
Familiarity with cross‑functional workflows (marketing, supply chain, creative, logistics) to align merchandising with campaigns and inventory.
Skills
Ability to analyze product and category performance to recommend layout adjustments.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple updates, product changes, and calendar-driven merchandising tasks simultaneously.
Comfortable coordinating with logistics and supply chain teams to align stock availability with onsite visibility.
