Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative E-Commerce Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online sales channels to enhance customer experience and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, e-commerce strategies, and analytics, with a passion for leveraging technology to improve performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and improve customer engagement.
- Utilize SEO tools and techniques to optimize website content for search engines, ensuring high visibility and traffic.
- Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for content creation that aligns with customer interests.
- Oversee social media marketing efforts, including Facebook Advertising, to drive traffic and conversions.
- Manage Google Ads campaigns and analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics to refine strategies.
- Create compelling content for product descriptions, email marketing campaigns, and social media posts that resonate with target audiences.
- Collaborate with graphic design teams using Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Photoshop to produce visually appealing marketing materials.
- Maintain the company’s website , ensuring it is user-friendly and up-to-date with the latest products and promotions.
- Implement conversion optimization techniques across all digital platforms to maximize sales potential.
- Analyze data from various sources (e.g., SEM, performance marketing) to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
Requirements
- Proven experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing roles.
- Proficiency in SEO, SEM, Google AdWords, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and content management systems is preferred.
- Strong skills in content creation, copywriting, and social media management.
- Experience with email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools.
- Knowledge of B2B marketing principles is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
