Role Overview:

The E-Commerce Dispatch Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end dispatch and logistics operations for all e-commerce orders. This role ensures timely, accurate, and cost-efficient order fulfillment while maintaining high operational standards and smooth coordination among internal teams and external logistics partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete dispatch cycle, including order processing, packaging, labeling, and shipment.
• Coordinate effectively with warehouse and courier partners to ensure timely order deliveries.
• Monitor and track shipments, resolving any logistics or delivery-related issues promptly. Ensure adherence to packaging, labeling, and documentation guidelines as per company standards.
• Maintain and analyze daily dispatch reports, performance metrics, and courier performance.
• Optimize dispatch processes to enhance speed, accuracy, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with inventory, operations, and customer support teams for smooth order management.
• Handle escalations related to delayed, misplaced, or returned shipments.
• Supervise and train dispatch team members to ensure adherence to SOPs and productivity standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in e-commerce dispatch or logistics management.
• Strong understanding of dispatch operations, courier integrations, and inventory coordination.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and e-commerce dispatch tools.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and team management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
