E-Commerce Dispatcher

We are looking for a proactive and organized E-commerce Dispatcher to join our growing operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily order dispatches, coordinating with warehouse and delivery teams, and ensuring timely shipment of customer orders. Key Responsibilities:

• Process and dispatch online orders accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with warehouse and delivery partners to ensure smooth operations.
• Track orders and update delivery statuses in the system.
• Communicate with customers regarding shipment updates and delays.
• Maintain proper records of dispatched, pending, and returned orders.
• Assist in optimizing dispatch processes to improve delivery timelines.
• Generate daily and weekly dispatch reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent qualification).
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in e-commerce, logistics, or dispatch operations.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and order management tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented approach.

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
