E-Commerce Dropshipping Specialist

Ixperts communication is hiring an experienced eBay Store Manager to manage and scale international eBay stores. The ideal candidate must be skilled in product hunting, listing optimization, order processing, account health management, and seller performance improvement.

Your Role will be to stabilize our eBay store by hunting the best sellable and profitable products and increase the sales with high profit ratio.

Responsibilities

• Daily management of eBay store
• Product research & sourcing
• High-quality listing creation (titles, descriptions, keywords)
• Price optimization & competitor analysis
• Managing orders, returns, and customer messages
• Ensuring 100% account health and compliance
• Monitoring sales performance & analytics
• Creating promotions, coupons & marketing campaigns
• Coordinating with operations and fulfillment teams

Requirements

• 1.5+ years experience managing eBay Seller Accounts
• Strong understanding of eBay SEO, ranking & Cassini algorithm
• Experience with dropshipping only
• Ability to handle customer service professionally
• Knowledge of MC011 / selling limits / VERO policies
• Strong grip on product sourcing and listing optimization
• Excellent English communication skills
• Ability to work on-site.

Shift working hours are 11:00AM till 08:00PM (Monday to Friday)
