E-commerce Specialist (Amazon FBA + Shopify)

NICON Group of Colleges is seeking a results-driven E-commerce Specialist to manage and grow online sales channels. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Amazon FBA and Shopify, along with a strong understanding of product listings, digital marketing, and sales optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Amazon FBA seller accounts
• Create and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, images)
• Conduct product research and competitor analysis
• Handle inventory management and order fulfillment
• Manage and maintain Shopify stores
• Improve conversion rates and customer experience
• Run and optimize paid ads (Amazon PPC, Facebook/Instagram ads)
• Track performance metrics and generate reports
• Handle customer queries and reviews professionally

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce management
• Strong experience with:
• Amazon FBA (product research, listing optimization, PPC)
• Shopify store setup and management
• Knowledge of:
• SEO and keyword research
• Digital marketing and analytics
• Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout (preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in dropshipping or private labeling
• Knowledge of international marketplaces
• Basic graphic design or content creation skills
• Understanding of customer behavior and sales funnels

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
