E-Commerce Executive

About the Role

We are looking for an E-commerce Executive who can manage Shopify stores and also create compelling digital designs. The right candidate will be at the intersection of operations, marketing, and design ensuring the store runs smoothly while enhancing its visual appeal.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Manage day-to-day Shopify operations: product uploads, variant setup, pricing, inventory management, and order tracking.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure accurate product information, high-quality images, and SEO-friendly descriptions.

•⁠ ⁠Create and edit digital marketing assets: banners, product images, promotional graphics, email templates, and social media creatives.

•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns, sales, and promotions on Shopify

•⁠ ⁠Monitor store performance: traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior; provide actionable insights.

•⁠ ⁠Implement merchandising strategies such as cross-selling, upselling, and bundling.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with suppliers or internal teams for timely product updates and stock alignment.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure the online store is optimized for mobile and user-friendly navigation.

•⁠ ⁠Stay updated with e-commerce best practices and recommend improvements.

Requirements

•⁠ 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably on Shopify.

•⁠ Strong understanding of Shopify admin panel, product upload workflows, and basic app integrations.

•⁠ Proficiency in graphic design tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or Figma.

•⁠ Portfolio link of past design work is required.

•⁠ Knowledge of SEO basics, product listing optimization, and digital marketing is an advantage.

•⁠ Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

•⁠ Analytical mindset with ability to interpret store performance metrics.

•⁠ Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional team.

Location: G-9 Islamabad

Job Timings: 10am -7pm PKT.
