E-Commerce Executive

Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations for key ecommerce accounts.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and customer to ensure seamless execution.
  • Handle distribution processes including order flow, dispatch coordination, and delivery tracking.
  • Onboard new brands and SKUs on various ecommerce platforms – including cataloging and content uploads.
  • Procure adequate stock based on sales forecast,
  • Monitor and manage inventory across warehouses and platforms to prevent stock outs or overstocking.
  • Track product availability and place timely stock procurement orders with vendors or internal teams.
  • Managing online customer queries, escalations, and promotional activities.
  • Prepare and share regular sales and stock reports with actionable insights for growth and efficiency.
  • Work closely with accounts, warehouse and logistics teams to optimize order fulfillment.
  • Maintain detailed product and inventory records using Excel and internal systems.
  • Monitoring ledgers rec/payables, payment recoveries.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience handling key ecommerce accounts is a must.
  • 1-2 years of experience in ecommerce operations, distribution, or supply chain management.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement and inventory management processes.
  • Hands-on experience with brand onboarding and catalog management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF / SUMIFS and COUNT
  • Strong coordination and communication skills to manage cross-functional tasks.
  • Ability to analyze data and take proactive actions to improve operational efficiency.
  • Experience with ecommerce dashboards or seller panels is an added advantage.

Timings : 9 AM - 6 PM (Mon - Sat)
Location: Main Shahrah e Faisal Near Balouch Pull
