Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive with 2–3 years of proven experience in managing e-commerce platforms, customer support and digital operations. The ideal candidate will be skilled in Shopify, Amazon, and e-commerce website management, with strong coordination and communication abilities to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of Shopify store, Amazon Seller Central, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Upload, update, and optimize product listings, pricing, descriptions, and images across platforms.
- Monitor order processing, shipment tracking, returns, and refunds, ensuring smooth customer experience.
- Handle customer queries and complaints through multiple channels (email, chat, calls) with a professional and timely approach.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and suppliers to ensure stock availability and timely deliveries.
- Analyze and report sales trends, performance metrics, and customer feedback to support data-driven decision-making.
- Manage and update e-commerce websites with new collections, campaigns, and promotional banners.
- Research market trends, competitor activities, and suggest improvements for online sales growth.
- Maintain product catalogue accuracy and ensure compliance with marketplace policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations.
- Strong knowledge of Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and e-commerce website management.
- Experience in customer support and order management.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic Excel reporting.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of SEO and content optimization.
- Exposure to international marketplaces is a plus.
