POSITION: E-COMMERCE EXECUTIVE- (ONLY MALE CANDIDATE)

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to boost online sales and customer engagement

• Monitor and analyze sales performance, conversion rates, and KPIs

• Identify growth opportunities through market trends and customer behaviour

• Oversee the functionality and design of the company’s e-commerce platforms

• Ensure product listings are accurate, optimized, and up-to-date

• Test and apply platform updates to improve user experience

• Manage promotional offers and ensure they’re effectively displayed

• Use SEO and digital marketing tools to drive traffic and conversion

• Analyze user behaviour and website performance using tools like Google Analytics

• Generate weekly/monthly reports on sales, customer feedback, and campaign effectiveness

• Lead or work with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and customer service

• Develop and implement e-commerce strategies Craft plans to grow online sales, attract new customers, and improve conversion rates

• Manage product listings and inventory Ensure accurate, optimized listings across platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify) and monitor stock levels.

• Oversee website performance Track user behaviour, site speed.
