Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations for key ecommerce accounts.
 - Act as a liaison between internal teams and customer to ensure seamless execution.
 - Handle distribution processes including order flow, dispatch coordination, and delivery tracking.
 - Onboard new brands and SKUs on various ecommerce platforms – including cataloging and content uploads.
 - Procure adequate stock based on sales forecast,
 - Monitor and manage inventory across warehouses and platforms to prevent stock outs or overstocking.
 - Track product availability and place timely stock procurement orders with vendors or internal teams.
 - Managing online customer queries, escalations, and promotional activities.
 - Prepare and share regular sales and stock reports with actionable insights for growth and efficiency.
 - Work closely with accounts, warehouse and logistics teams to optimize order fulfillment.
 - Maintain detailed product and inventory records using Excel and internal systems.
 - Monitoring ledgers rec/payables, payment recoveries.
 
Requirements:
- Prior experience handling key ecommerce accounts is a must.
 - 1-2 years of experience in ecommerce operations, distribution, or supply chain management.
 - Strong knowledge of procurement and inventory management processes.
 - Hands-on experience with brand onboarding and catalog management.
 - Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF / SUMIFS and COUNT
 - Strong coordination and communication skills to manage cross-functional tasks.
 - Ability to analyze data and take proactive actions to improve operational efficiency.
 - Experience with ecommerce dashboards or seller panels is an added advantage.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timing: 9am to 6pm
