The E-commerce Executive is responsible for managing the company’s online product listings, pricing, promotions, and order processing across e-commerce platforms (such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, company website, etc.). This role ensures smooth online operations, drives sales growth, and maintains excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product & Catalog Management

  • Create, upload, and update product listings with accurate descriptions, images, pricing, and specifications.
  • Ensure proper categorization and keyword optimization for better visibility.
  • Monitor product inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team for stock availability.

2. Order & Operations Management

  • Manage daily order processing, returns, and exchanges.
  • Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Track shipment status and resolve delivery-related issues.

3. Sales & Performance Analysis

  • Monitor daily/weekly/monthly sales and performance metrics.
  • Identify top-performing products and slow-moving inventory.
  • Generate regular reports and share insights for sales improvement.

4. Marketing & Promotions

  • Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute online promotions, campaigns, and discount strategies.
  • Monitor competitor pricing and trends to stay competitive.
  • Optimize product pages for SEO and better ranking on e-commerce platforms.

5. Customer Support & Feedback

  • Respond to customer queries, reviews, and complaints promptly.
  • Ensure a positive shopping experience and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.

6. Compliance & Platform Coordination

  • Stay updated with policies of marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and ensure compliance.
  • Coordinate with marketplace account managers for issue resolution and growth opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably with marketplaces.
  • Good knowledge of e-commerce platforms, MS Excel, and order management systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to generate performance reports.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Online sales growth and revenue achievement.
  • Order processing accuracy and timely fulfillment.
  • Product listing quality score and visibility improvement.
  • Customer satisfaction ratings and reduced complaints.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
