• Website Management:Maintaining and updating the website's content, product listings, and overall user experience.
• Digital Marketing:Developing and executing online marketing strategies, including SEO, social media, and email marketing, to drive traffic and sales.
• Performance Analysis:Monitoring and analyzing online sales data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
• Product Management:Managing product listings, pricing, and promotions to optimize online sales.
• Customer Service:Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Inventory Management:Ensuring product availability and managing stock levels.
• Collaboration:Working with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and logistics, to ensure smooth operations.
