Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Emirati E-commerce Executive to oversee and support our online sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing product listings, monitoring website performance, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a seamless online customer experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesE-commerce Operations
- Manage and update product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing across all e-commerce platforms.
- Ensure product availability, correct categorization, and accuracy of SKUs.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing and deliveries.
Website & Platform Management
- Monitor website content, functionality, promotions, and user experience.
- Support campaign setups, banner updates, and seasonal promotions.
- Work with IT/technical teams to report and resolve website issues.
Sales & Performance Tracking
- Track KPIs including sales, conversion rates, traffic, and customer behavior.
- Prepare regular reports and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in optimizing product performance and campaign effectiveness.
Marketing & Customer Engagement
- Coordinate with marketing teams on digital campaigns, social media promotions, and email marketing.
- Review customer feedback and support improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Assist in creating content that drives engagement and sales.
Vendor & Product Coordination
- Liaise with suppliers to obtain updated product information, pricing, and promotional materials.
- Support inventory planning by tracking stock levels and notifying relevant teams.
Qualifications & Skills
- UAE National (Emirati) – mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or retail (preferred).
- Strong understanding of online marketplaces and e-commerce trends.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, content management systems, and e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and digital advertising tools.
- Experience in retail, FMCG, fashion, or consumer goods sectors is an advantage.

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
