As we continue to grow our online presence, we’re looking for a motivated E-Commerce Executive to join our team and support the digital growth of our brand.

*Role Overview*:

As an E-Commerce Executive at Arth Life, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing our online store, overseeing day-to-day e-commerce operations, and driving sales growth through digital marketing initiatives. You will work closely with the marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to create a seamless shopping experience for our customers while supporting the growth of the Arth Life brand in the digital space.

*Key Responsibilities*:

1. *E-Commerce Platform Management*:

- Manage and update the product listings on the Arth Life website.

- Ensure product details (descriptions, images, pricing, stock) are accurate, engaging, and aligned with the brand’s tone and style.

- Oversee the functionality and user experience (UX) of the website, ensuring the site is fully optimized for customer navigation and mobile responsiveness.

2. *Product and Inventory Management*:

- Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure that the stock levels are updated and orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.

- Monitor and manage inventory to prevent stockouts or overstocking, particularly during sales seasons.

- Ensure all product data is accurate, including sizes, colors, and style availability.

3. *Order Processing & Customer Support*:

- Oversee order processing, ensuring that all orders are fulfilled and shipped on time.

- Handle customer inquiries, order issues, returns, and exchanges to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Address customer complaints or concerns related to product quality, delivery, or website issues with empathy and professionalism.

4. *Digital Marketing & Promotions*:

- Assist in the creation and execution of online marketing campaigns to drive traffic to the site, including seasonal promotions, discounts, and flash sales.

- Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute social media campaigns that promote new collections and special offers.

- Help develop email marketing campaigns to engage customers, including newsletters, product launches, and personalized offers.

5. *SEO and Content Optimization*:

- Optimize product listings for SEO to improve search engine rankings and visibility.

- Conduct keyword research and ensure product descriptions are optimized with relevant keywords to drive organic traffic.

- Collaborate with the content team to ensure high-quality imagery and copy for all product pages.

6. *Analytics & Reporting*:

- Monitor the performance of the online store and digital campaigns through analytics tools (Google Analytics, platform-specific tools, etc.).

- Provide monthly performance reports on sales, traffic, customer engagement, and marketing campaigns.

- Analyze customer behavior and make data-driven recommendations to improve conversion rates, average order value, and customer retention.

7. *Customer Retention & Engagement*:

- Help manage customer reviews and ratings to enhance brand credibility and trust.

- Assist in creating loyalty programs or referral incentives to increase repeat purchases.

- Maintain an engaging and user-friendly post-purchase experience, ensuring follow-up communications (thank you notes, feedback requests, etc.) are timely and brand-consistent.

8. *Cross-functional Collaboration*:

- Work closely with the product development and design teams to ensure product availability and timely launches.

- Liaise with logistics and fulfillment partners to ensure smooth and efficient shipping and handling.

- Support the marketing team by providing insights on product trends, customer feedback, and e-commerce performance.

*Skills & Qualifications*:

- *Educational Requirements*:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field. Knowledge of digital marketing and e-commerce platforms is preferred.

- *Experience*:

- 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, ideally in the retail or fashion industry (experience with kids' apparel is a plus).

- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Woo Commerce, etc.) and digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media advertising, email marketing tools).

- Familiarity with product photography, image editing, and the importance of high-quality visuals for an e-commerce site.

- *Skills*:

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Creative thinker with a good eye for visual merchandising and website design.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage customers effectively.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
