Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and grow online sales across multiple e-commerce platforms.

· Upload and manage product listings with accurate descriptions, images, and keywords.

· Handle inventory updates, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.

· Coordinate with marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) for order processing and issue resolution.

· Analyze sales reports, performance metrics, and competitor data to improve results.

· Handle customer queries, feedback, and returns efficiently.

· Implement marketing strategies to increase online visibility and conversions.

· Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and performance reports.

Required Skills & Experience:

· Minimum 3–10 years of experience in online product sales or e-commerce operations.

· Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or similar platforms.

· Strong understanding of SEO for product listings and digital marketing basics.

· Excellent communication and customer service skills.

· Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting tools.

· Ability to meet sales targets and manage multiple product lines.

Qualification:

· Graduate in Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.

· Additional certification in Digital Marketing or E-commerce Management preferred.

Location – Sector – 80, Noida

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
