Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update product listings on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Ajio,Myntra etc.
• Coordinate with internal teams for product availability, pricing, and inventory updates.
• Optimize product titles, descriptions, and images for better visibility and SEO.
• Monitor order processing, cancellations, and returns.
• Analyze sales data and assist in preparing performance reports.
• Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate promotional campaigns and discounts on online platforms.
• Boost sales,brand management,payment reconciliation, A+ listing,brand store creation and management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce or online sales.
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and CMS tools.
• Good Excel and reporting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
