About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of leading e-commerce platforms, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to drive product visibility and sales. You will be responsible for managing seller accounts, optimizing product listings, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage and oversee daily operations on platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, and other relevant marketplaces.

● Optimize and maintain product listings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with platform guidelines.

● Monitor product performance, provide actionable insights, and recommend strategies to increase visibility and sales. Respond to customer queries and resolve issues promptly to maintain a high level of satisfaction.

● Collaborate with the marketing team to support SEO, digital marketing, and content optimization efforts.

● Proven experience managing e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, and Flipkart.

● Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis, reporting, and complex functions.

● Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and content optimization will be an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,482.23 - ₹28,402.61 per month
