Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Ecommerce Operations Executive across leading online marketplaces and our D2C website. This role involves end-to-end ownership of product listings, inventory coordination, order processing, ad campaign support, and performance tracking. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and others, and will play a key role in driving online sales, ensuring operational efficiency, and delivering a seamless customer experience

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketplace Operations

  • Manage listings, pricing, and inventory on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and Ajio.
  • Upload new SKUs with accurate content, specifications, and images.
  • Coordinate with warehouse or production for real-time stock updates.
  • Ensure smooth processing of orders, dispatches, returns, and cancellations.

2. Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Monitor key metrics: impressions, CTR, conversions, ratings, and revenue.
  • Identify underperforming SKUs and suggest optimization strategies.
  • Improve organic visibility via SEO-optimized titles, descriptions, and keywords.
  • Assist in planning marketplace-specific events and promotions (e.g., BBD, GIF).

3. Advertising & Promotions

  • Coordinate ad campaigns with the marketing team on platforms like Amazon Ads.
  • Optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI.
  • Participate in platform deals like Lightning Deals, Coupons, and Flash Sales.
  • Track budgets, spend, and promotional performance weekly.

4. Customer Experience & Brand Reputation

  • Monitor reviews, ratings, and Q&A across marketplaces.
  • Resolve customer complaints and coordinate refunds or replacements.
  • Ensure excellent post-purchase experience and low return rates.
  • Maintain a strong and consistent brand presence.

5. Reporting & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Generate weekly/monthly reports on sales, traffic, and ad performance.
  • Work closely with design/content teams for listing creatives and banners.
  • Liaise with logistics and warehouse teams for timely order fulfillment.
  • Support catalog planning with insights from marketplace trends and analytics.

Key Skills Required

  • Hands-on experience with online marketplaces (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce metrics (conversion rate, CTR, impressions, etc.)
  • Knowledge of product listing best practices and SEO optimization
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic data analysis
  • Familiarity with paid advertising tools (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc.)
  • Ability to manage multiple platforms and prioritize tasks

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, ecommerce, or a related field
  • Additional certifications in Digital Marketing, Marketplace Management, or E-commerce Analytics are a plus

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
