Job Description – E-commerce Product Listing Executive

Candidate Location-Should be South Delhi,

Office Time-10 am to 8 pm, Age-35-40,

Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Product Listing Executive to manage product uploads, catalog accuracy, and online merchandising across multiple e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling product data, ensuring accurate listings, and optimizing content to drive sales and visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, update, and manage product listings on e-commerce platforms Shopify must.
• Upload product information including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and specifications.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of product data across all channels.
• Optimize product titles, descriptions, and keywords for SEO and better search visibility.
• Coordinate with photography/design teams to upload high-quality product images.
• Monitor product listings for errors, stock availability, and price accuracy.
• Regularly update promotions, discounts, and offers on products.
• Analyze competitor listings and market trends to suggest improvements.
• Generate and maintain reports related to product performance and inventory.
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to support campaigns and sales growth.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce luxary product listing/catalog management.
• Familiarity with major marketplaces Shopify and CMS platforms Shopify.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets for bulk uploads and reporting.
• Basic understanding of SEO and keyword optimization.
• Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
