Job Title: E-Commerce Executive

Job Description:

We are hiring a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and follow up on online orders received through our website. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Shopify, customer care via WhatsApp, and preferably experience in the food or bakery industry.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and process daily website orders

* Follow up to ensure timely order confirmation, dispatch, and delivery

* Handle customer queries and complaints through WhatsApp and online channels

* Update and manage order data on Shopify

* Coordinate with operations, delivery, and kitchen teams

* Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality

Requirements:

* Previous experience as an E-Commerce Executive or similar role

* Strong knowledge of Shopify

* Experience in food or bakery e-commerce will be preferred

* Good communication and customer handling skills

Job Type: Full-time | Onsite

Timings: Monday to Saturday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary: PKR 60,000 – 80,000

Location: DHA Phase 4

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
