About Us:
We are a fast-growing D2C baby & kids apparel brand committed to delivering premium, safe, and stylish products for little ones. With a strong online presence, we are now expanding our digital footprint and looking for a passionate E-commerce Executive to support our online growth across channels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Website Management
- Upload and manage product listings on Shopify/website backend
- Coordinate with design team to ensure banners, creatives, and UI updates are timely
- Monitor website performance, suggest improvements, and reduce bounce/drop-off rates
- Assist in managing offers, coupons, and promotions
2. Marketplace Operations (Amazon, FirstCry, Myntra, etc.)
- Listing creation, optimization (images, titles, descriptions, keywords)
- Inventory and catalog sync across platforms
- Track sales and ensure order processing and returns management runs smoothly
- Liaise with marketplace support teams for issue resolution
3. Order Fulfillment & Coordination
- Coordinate with warehouse/operations team to ensure timely dispatches
- Track orders, returns, and resolve customer escalations if any
- Monitor stock levels and notify procurement/logistics when replenishment is needed
4. Performance Tracking
- Generate daily/weekly/monthly sales and performance reports
- Analyze trends and suggest optimizations for listings, pricing, and campaigns
5. Customer Experience
- Address customer queries via email, chat, or platform support
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complaints quickly
- Ensure consistent brand voice and service quality across channels
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in handling online sales through Myntra, Nykka, Tata Cliq, AJIO, FirstCry, Company's Shopify website, etc.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for analysis / reporting
- Eye for detail, proactive attitude, and ability to multitask
- Prior experience in D2C/fashion/lifestyle category is a plus
Nice to Have:
- Understanding of basic SEO & performance marketing metrics
- Experience with tools like Uni-commerce, Easy-Ecom, or similar OMS
- Graphic design skills (basic Canva/Photoshop) for small edits
- Experience in email/ WhatsApp marketing, social media marketing, Shopify business and marketing tools, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
